interleaving as in most of the known booklets, very fine, with 2007 APS cert., reportedly only six such booklets with the wrong color are known, the mix up with the covers to these booklets happened as a few covers were printed in the salmon color,
instead of the yellow color intended for the 1c booklets, the postal employees evidentally picked the covers by color and unitentionally created this booklet rarity
